The Value-Added Tax Consolidation Act 2010 was signed into law on 23 November 2010. An electronic version of the Act is not yet available. The version on TaxFind is the VAT Consolidation Bill, as amended in the Standing Joint Committee on Consolidation Bills. There are no differences between the Bill as so amended and the final Act. The 2011 edition of the Law of VAT includes the Value-Added Tax Consolidation Act 2010 and this is now live on TaxFind.The Development of the Value- Added Tax Acts 1972-2010 section,which includes the full text of the original Value-Added Tax Act 1972 and every amending provision since 1973, arranged in section order is available on Taxfind (under Historical Reference Material>Additional Material-Law of Value Added Tax 2011)
