Authors

Mark Barrett is a Partner with Moore Stephens Nathans Chartered Accountants. He has broad experience in advising corporate and personal clients, having worked in the taxation departments of Kerry Group Plc and PricewaterhouseCoopers prior to joining Moore Stephens Nathansin 2004. Mark is a Council Member of the Irish Taxation Institute and is chair of Main TALC. He is Chairman of the Institute’s Tax Administration Committee and the South West Region of the ITI Branch Network.

Tim Quinlivan is a Council Member of the Irish Taxation Institute, and has been a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants since 1979. He joined Sheil Kinnear, Wexford in 1980 and has been a Tax Partner there since 1983. Tim is Chairman of the Irish Taxation Institute’s East/South East Branch Network and a TALC Representative.
