David Fennell is a Fellow of the Irish Taxation Institute, a Chartered Accountant and Tax Director with Ernst & Young. He has advised on a wide range of taxation matters for many years and has written extensively for accounting and taxation journals. David is a Council member of the Irish Taxation Institute and represents that Institute at TALC.
