Appeals
Students have a right of appeal (in writing) to the Director of Educational Strategy (or nominee) in relation to the operation of any of the rules in this handbook to the extent that the operation affects:
-Admissions
-Exemptions
-Deferrals of courses and examinations
-Deferral or extension of time limits relating to examinations
Any appeal will be considered by the Director of Educational Strategy (or nominee).If a student is unhappy with a decision of the Director of Educational Strategy (or nominee), they have a further right of appeal to the Education Committee. The decision of the Education Committee shall be final.
Appeals must be submitted on the relevant forms which are available to download below and may require certain documentary evidence as appropriate (supporting medical documentation or letters from employers).
