Accessibility

We believe that the website taxireland.ie should be accessible to all users, regardless of ability, computer system or web browser. As a result, the Irish Taxation Institute has developed its web pages with the widest audience in mind.

The site taxireland.ie takes into account users who are visually impaired or have difficulties using a mouse; it is compatible with popular screen reading software and can be navigated using a keyboard. If you have any problems finding the information you want, you can use the keyword search located at the top of the every page.

All links to pages within taxireland.ie will open within the same browser window but links to external websites may open in a new browser window. These are identified with appropriate title text when you hover over the link.

In general, the site conforms to WAI-AA standards where HTML is used. Where documents are made available in other formats, conformance may have not been achieved (for example, PDF documents).
